The Saltwater Decision is inspired by the story of reluctant friends, Bob Hunter and Irving Stowe, central characters in the founding of Greenpeace who showed the world that individuals can make a difference when they hatched the idea of packing a boat with a dozen radicals and sailing it into a U.S. nuclear test zone. This is a drama about beginnings and two men, so unlikely to succeed, who would become legends.
